Understanding Insurance Fraud (4 CE hours)

Hi, I attended the CE Session there yesterday and I had to send you this short note to say “Thank You” for having held one of the nicest CE Classes I’ve ever attended! All aspects were great from the instructor who actually knew what he was talking about, and was able to present all in a very understandable manner, keeping the attendants interested and on target through a full day course, which is no easy undertaking, and while also allowing us to enter into many insurance concept discussions throughout the day. He seemed to really be interested in sharing his understanding of the insurance topics and seemed to want us to “walk away” from the table, actually having learned something.

Keep the caterer used as a definite on your list of providers, as the lunch served was very enjoyable and seemed “fresh-made” instead of days old! Along with how thoughtful of Catco to provide the beverages ALL day, as well as the doughnuts, nuts, granola bars, and even “valentine” candy! We all realize an all day session is a long day!

This Catco location should be very proud of its office, staff and upkeep, that bears evidence in its appearance, it’s cleanliness (and especially need to mention the spotless restrooms which was such an unexpected pleasure to see). Every person there displayed that there are very “client” friendly and knowledgeable.

I will share my feelings with any staff needing CE Sessions, as we all do, but at least we can come there without the usual “dread” of the CE Class Syndrome!

With the staff, experience and equipment of your company, I will feel comfortable sharing Catco’s capabilities with our insureds who will experience a claim needing the services you are ready to provide.

Again, thank you for all you do, and I will be looking forward to attending my already scheduled next 2 classes!
