As a consultant, CATCO also provides construction management services to clients working with a general contractor. With the professional oversight of a construction manager, the client receives expert review and advice throughout the project. From oversight of project scheduling and phasing to budget estimating and review, construction management allows the client to focus on operating their core business and helps insure that project deadlines are met on time and on budget.
